Tumse Achha Kaun Hai is memorable for Shammi Kapoor & Lalita Pawar's performances and has some foot-tapping music by Shankar-Jaikishan including the title song, 'Tumse Achha Kaun Hai', counted amongst the many hit numbers that Mohd. Rafi sung for Shammi Kapoor.
