SYNOPSIS:

Aradhana tells you the story of a simple girl who dedicates her life to her husband and son. Vandana, the daughter of a doctor, returns to her hometown upon completion of her studies. She comes across Arun, a smart and bold air force pilot. They fall in love and secretly get married in a temple. Soon she realizes that she's carrying Arun's child. Arun hastens to get his family to celebrate teh marriage socially. Unfortunately, befoer that happens, he meets with an air crash and dies in an army hospital. Vandana is left with the hard task of bringing up the child to become an air force pilot, the eternal wish of her late husband. The path of Vandana's life is strewn with petals of roses and thorns, smiles and tears, and the vicissitudes of life toss her hither and thither as she goes about fulfilling her duty.
